I've really enjoyed these last 6 weeks, after my first session I didn't think I would be able to handle it. Week on week I've become stronger and I'm enjoying it so much, I've got into a good routine at home and my eating habits are a lot better. I feel so much better and more confident in myself since starting. I can't wait for the next 6 weeks, thanks for all your support Luke.

Well I can't believe it. It's been 6 weeks already. I started Celebrity Training weighing 10st 10lbs and I have just weighed myself and I now weigh 9st 11lbs! I've lost al of my belly fat and have now got a much better shape. People say they don't have time to get in shape but I have really hectic work life and I got up at 4.45am every morning to do the workouts. I also prepped my food in advance so I never had an excuse. 

This is pretty cringe but I am really pleased I fit into all my pre pregnancy jeans and I am a load fitter than I thought - I can even do 15+ push ups now! Can't wait to keep seeing more improvements. Big thanks to the Luke and Nicole for getting me back into amazing shape 

 

 

 

 

I have really enjoyed the 6 week plan, I'm not gonna lie it was hard in the beginning! Getting into the routine of eating better and workouts everyday, but as the weeks went on it got easier! Now it's become a normal part of my day and I feel loads better for it. Suprisingly I haven't lost that much weight but I look soo much better and all of my old clothes fit me. 

I can't thank you enough for creating Celebrity Training! I wake up every morning with an enthusiam to do the exercises. I grow stronger everyday. I did the bikini body schedule just before my wedding day and it made me feel a million dollars! I have a long way to go but I am so proud of the changes happening. I now know more than ever I can do this and I can look good even after having children. 

I signed up to Celebrity Training after seeing the amazing results. I had been looking for something that I could do at home as I struggle to find time to go to the gym to workout and this is perfect. The workouts are varied so as I have got fitter I have started to do the more challenging ones. I love that the Celeb Train team upload new workouts all the time so I never get bored. I can't wait to get even fitter!

'When I saw Sams bikini pic on Instagram, I decided to go for it! I am 5ft 7 and have always disliked how much I weigh... which was roughly 10 stone 3 pounds.

"I think the workouts are ideal for me because they're not boring... It was fun watching Sam getting wrong just like we do or feeling the burn like we do. It makes you feel like you're almost there with Sam and Nicole!

The recipes are also great. I have IBS as well as lactose intolerant and the foods I used to eat were so bad for me and it didn't bother me that it would harm my body. I would eat rotten fast food everyday! Since following the recipes my tummy is never bloated anymore and I feel no pain... It's amazing. Eating more veg in my diet and less fatty oils has really helped not only my health out but my weight and now I'm in a routine of how to eat healthy.

I honestly wouldn't change this lifestyle for the world. I walked past a McDonald's the on the weekend and it actually smelt sickly to me!"

"I started with @celebtrainsam on the 27th of December 2014, only 2 days after Christmas! After eating the entire house in one day I decided that it was time to do something productive. Not only is Sam's figure my dream it was also a different way of exercising, a more enjoyable way as I have come to know.

I started the weigh in at 71kgs, nothing too bad but I knew I definitely wanted to lose at least 2kgs a month. So the work started and everyday I was in my bedroom sweating away struggling to keep up with Nicole and Sam! But it slowly got easier and now I am keeping up! It's now the 28th of April and 4 months down the line I have lost 15kgs and I'm working to keep it off! Massive thank you to the team at celebrity training for the constant motivation, and Sam of course for releasing such a perfect way to exercise. I'm 10 times healthier and happier!"
