Do you want to make your own workout playlists using your favourite workouts or ones that suit your goals? You can do this with our playlist function. Simply click add to playlist on the corner of the video and watch all the selected videos back to back.

Personal profile

When you subscribe you will have your own profile section where you can log your weight, upload progress pictures, book in your next workout on your calender and save your favourite workouts. Your profile will also recommend workouts to you based on what you have previously tried and liked.
